Bangkok Corrections Museum

Bangkok Corrections Museum
Perhaps a visit to Bangkok Corrections Museum is also close at hand along with a visit to Bangkok Medical Museum. It depicts the real nasty criminal system until the year 1908 when Thailand got a new penal code. You can see the cruel torture and the old Takraw where you take big ball of bamboo with sharp pointers and put a prisoner in it and then let the elephants play soccer with him.

Death penalty was used  in Thailand until 2003, with the help of machine guns fixed on a wooden cross, and the executioner would shoot bullets through a screen straight into the prisoner's heart. More about this and other things can be found by visiting this museeum in Bangkok.

This museum should not be visited by sensitive people or children.
